[ZESTCaste] Dalit word not derogatory

 

Friends,

CBP and Gail Omvedt both are right. Dalit word is neither derogatory nor
unconstitutional.
Derogatory and unconstitutional word is Harijan, which the Hindus try to
use. This must be stopped.
