Madiga conference in October

Bidar: A district-level conference of the Karnataka Madiga Employees
Association will be held here on October 3. Meritorious students from
Scheduled Castes will be felicitated. Experts will speak on the lives
and contribution of leaders including Basaveshwara, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar
and Dr. Babu Jagajivanram. Leaders Basavamurthy Madara Channayya Swami
of Chitradurga, Shivamurthy Murugha Sharana of Murugha Math,
Chandrashekhar Bhagawat Swami and M.S. Manohar will speak.
