Dalit girl found dead in UP village

Sitapur (UP), Jun 30 (PTI) Body of a 17-year-old dalit girl was found
hanging in an orchard in Sandana area here, police said today.
Rinki was found hanging to a tree in Isaganj Saraian village
yesterday, they said.
Prakash Chand, the girl''s father, who suspected foul play in the
incident, has lodged a complaint at Sandana police station.
The post-mortem report is awaited. Nothing can be ascertained as of
now. Preliminarily, it doesn''t seem to be a case of rape, Station
Officer Pramod Misra said.
