Tension in Bhilwara town after Dalits' entry in temple

Jaipur, Apr 14 : Tension prevailed in Haled town of Bhilwara district
in Rajasthan following minor clash between two groups over entry of
Dalits in a temple today.

According to official sources, a group of Dalits celebrating 120th
birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar entered
a temple.

This made a section of people annoyed who roughed up and scuffled with
them and their supporters who gathered there later.

About half a dozen people injured in the clash were admitted to
hospital, sources said adding that additional police force was
deployed as a precautionary measure.

Four to five persons were nabbed in this connection, they added.
