it is very sad that Dalits where they are in power and can do something for their community are proving themselves mare a clerk or Muppet ,
i have written about the dalit atrocity in jamia where 25-35% dalit students are denied admission every year on fake grounds , i have written about this to UGC chairman , SK thorat who is suppose to be a Dalit  , but all useless ,  ,,, and when  question of representation  of dalits comes they come first and deal with the establishment
 for the last tow years jamia is not giving me admissions PhD.d on fake and subjective grounds . but UGC Chairman has become idol
am able and i can fight
