Paswan accuses Nitish of dividing dalits

New Delhi, Dec 25 (PTI) Accusing Chief Minister Nitish Kumar of
dividing Dalits and failing on all fronts, LJP today demanded the
dismissal of NDA government of Bihar .
"Nitish government has been a failure on all fronts and is pitting one
caste against the other to hide its failures. He is pitting Dalits
against Mahadalit, backward classes and extremely backward classes,"
Party chief Ram Vilas Paswan said addressing a demonstration of his
party workers here.
Protesting the alleged "inhuman lathicharge" by the state police on a
Dalit Rally taken out in Patna on December 17, the party also sought
dismissal of the Bihar government and submitted a memorandum in this
regard to the President.
The party leaders also burnt the effigy of the Bihar Chief Minister
and demanded immediate dismissal of the erring cops including the City
SP of Patna, Party secretary general Abdul Khaliq said.
